So I need to find a summer job, and... man, do I not want to. I mean, I know I *have* to, not least because my parents will kick my ass out if I don't, but oh man. My ideal summer would just consist of me noodling around with my sewing machine and my drop spindle, and selling the results, but sadly that is not feasible at all. And the longer it takes me to find a job, the more glarey and snippy and all-around difficult to live with my parents get, and the more I'd rather hide in my room and do arts and crafts. So that's kind of a vicious cycle, but at least it's a familiar one, I guess.
