May. 16th, 2006 01:21 amOh, man, why do I go to Etsy? It is SO VERY DANGEROUS. But I have been wanting new necklaces, so off I go.
Right now, I am madly in love with the following:
The work of sudlow, especially the peapod necklace, but *everything* is beautiful and modern and nature-inspired in interesting ways.
the robin's nest necklace, which, how could I NOT click on that?
this is kind of pretty. I'd love this in silver with green stones-- it almost exactly the necklace I've been looking for all year, save for being a lariat.
this. and this. and, wow, most of these.
And, of course, I still long for a necklace from smallthings designs. Sadly, the only person who can a) afford one and b) likes to buy jewelry randomly for people is my grandmother, and she c) does not know how to operate a computer and has therefore never heard of smallthings.
in conclusion: i apparently like green, birds, and silver. Huh. Or maybe it's just interesting design I like, and all the green and birds are incidental.
