So it turns out my On Demand has the first three episodes of Life on Mars, and dude. Dude! What a *fantastic* concept, and even though I suspect that I am missing a lot due to not being British, still! Fantastic. I could do with a touch less Creepy Little Girl, but otherwise am enjoying greatly.

Try downloading it! I think BBC America isn't airing it in its original letterbox format, plus (I heard, I haven't actually seen the US broadcasts yet) that they cut down the episodes since the originals are close to an hour long.

Well, my poor computer is in the midst of a nervous breakdown, so I'm sort of scared to download anything big. And, yeah, the versions I've seen weren't letterboxed, and I don't think they were an hour long. Although I wasn't really paying attention to the time, being busy going "this is *so cool*."
