oh hey, so: I have started thinking more seriously about spending a semester doing the Disney College Internship Program, next year or the year after. I've always though it sounds awesome, but not been thrilled of going off to Florida and not knowing anyone. But at work last week, I mentioned it and one of the other girls who works there was like omg, Disney has a WHAT, WHERE DO I SIGN.

And, yes, it's supposed to be shitty pay and long arduous hours of boring stuff like working in gift shops and crowd control on the lame rides and guarding the frozen head of Walt Disney, but it's also AWESOME stuff like training to be a Jungle Cruise skipper or working at the Haunted Mansion and things. So. Thoughts?

I say, go for it. if it sucks, it's only a semester, and if it rocks your socks off, then you won't know till you try. It's the kind of risk I think is worth taking.
