Feb. 18th, 2006 05:54 pmI just fired off an extremely cranky email to Singer's customer support, because my brand-new sewing machine still refuses to *actually sew*, which I was led to believe was its purpose when I purchased it.
Am growing *increasingly frustrated.* If anyone has any ideas on why the bobbin continues to jam, no matter how many times I make sure I have threaded it correctly, please feel free to make suggestions.
In the meantime, I am afraid to cut any more pattern pieces for the Renn Fest bodice I am trying to make, because I have no way of actually sewing them together. I'm making Legion of Superheroes felt patches instead, because they can be hand-sewn while I watch TV, and are oddly soothing to make.
