a sobering realization

We finally got a new washing machine yesterday, after the old one broke and we went nearly a month without one. I have done a bunch of laundry today, but it wasn't actually all that urgent. Because I wasn't even close to running out of clean clothes. Because I just have that much clothing.

I need to be way better about culling the stuff I don't wear regularly, I think. Time for a clean-out, perhaps, once all the laundry's done.
