holliSo I'm at my friend's house, where I will be leaving my car and catching the nearby Metro into DC for the swearing-in. Since the first train leaves at 4:00, and I want to be on it, I am planning to get there by 3:30. In the morning. Possibly I did not think this through.
But I should be able to nap a little here before I leave; the main problem is that I am in my inauguration clothes already, which are as follows:
Tights, leggings, two pairs of socks
T-shirt
Thin cashmere sweater
Long-sleeve shirt
Wool/silk sweater.
And it took forever to get everything on and comfortable and not bunchy, so I don't want to take any layers off, but, uh, it's kind of warm in here. *facepalm.*
