So ten pharmacies later, I have conclusively determined that no one in my goddamn area has any fucking Adderall. Since that is the med I take to mitigate the zombielike (but anxiety-free) state induced by my Abilify, this is a problem.

Really not sure what I'm supposed to do in this situation. Have called my meds-doctor, but he's not in today. I have two days left before I basically have to suck it up and go without. Any suggestions?

Not exactly helpful, but apparently it's a national shortage. Article suggests it's easier to get a hold of extended release than instant release, so if you're currently taking instant release, maybe you can get your doctor to switch your script temporarily? Assuming you can get a hold of him :-/.
