this year's yuletide

Not shockingly, I have already decided what I want to request for Yuletide at the end of 2013. Which means I have until, what, October to convince people these fandoms are awesome?

1. Top Ten, because I am going to keep goddamn asking for Top Ten until someone who is not me writes it.

2. Pushing Daisies, because HOW has no one written the fix-it fic where Ned and Chuck get to touch without anyone dying?

3. 20th Century RPF-- no, hold on, hear me out. Basically someone needs to write the story where Julia Child and Roald Dahl are Improbably Tall Spies. Because that is a thing that ACTUALLY HAPPENED during WWII, and just because they probably never met in real life doesn't mean they can't in fic.

I'm sorry, but for that last one we'd need to either resurrect MFK Fisher or get Jeffrey Steingarten on the line, because no one else could get the food porn right. Because with the two of them - oh, lord, would there be food porn.

One of the I'm Not Writing It, No Really, I Swear fics that lives in my head is a rather explicit Ned/Chuck piece that demonstrates care and affection and love through mutual understanding of kink. Possibly hardcore kink, depending on how one defines fisting. Safe sex, of course.
