May. 19th, 2005 12:25 amSo, I had a fun day. Slept in, which I wish I hadn't done, but then Nora and I went to the thrift store. Or, well, we tried to go to the thrift store, got lost, went to a different thrift store, got lost again, and found the right thrift store, finally.
Then we came back to my house, grabbed a quick dinner, and headed to Churchill to see the choral concert. It was quite good, actually, and Nora and Jen know everyone in the various choral groups, so they had a lot of fun. I was mostly busy being weirded out because it was the first time I'd set foot in Churchill's auditorium since before I graduated. We're going back tomorrow, during the school day, to see all our old teachers. It should be interesting.
After the concert, I saw a bunch of people for the first time since graduation; again, weird. Nice, but weird. Apparently one of them reads this LJ. That *shouldn't* freak me out-- there are plenty of people who know me IRL on my flist, and I hardly ever flock anything-- but I still had a moment of panic. Which, I think, is reasonable, since all I ever talk about is knitting and gay superheroes, and I didn't talk about either of those things in high school. So, uh, hi there, dude. Don't mind the porn.
After that, a bunch of us went to IHOP, and that was very fun, but I am too tired to relate any of what happened there. Now? Sleep.
