soooooo tired
Jun. 24th, 2005 06:20 pmNow that I've started work, I'm running around after first-graders all day, and as it turns out? That is tiring. But fun, I have to admit. And since I'm done by 3:30, I have time to do stuff, although I'm usualy too tired to do it.
Yesterday, I went out to dinner with my grandma, which was fun because she's awesome, and I also got an apron for work and a skirt. And the day before that I went to the fabric store with various people, and
spatulove's friend has sewing machine she might sell me, so yay!
It occurs to me that I'm being very, very random, but I'm loopy and sleep-deprived. So be it.
I read Starman from start to finish this week, and oh man. What a good comic. I think my absolute favorite moment in the entire series was this, but there was a lot of less frivolus awesome stuff, too. And I don't think I've ever seen a comic with a greater scope, in terms of incorporating the length and breadth of the DCU-- JSA comes close, but doesn't quite make it, and it's no coincidence that JSA treads a lot of the same Golden Age ground. In conclusion: neato.
If anyone would like to have an arts-and crafts activities day, please let me know so I can organize one.
