damn you to hell, Joss Whedon.
Oct. 1st, 2005 02:15 amI don't know how the fuck I'm getting to sleep tonight. I just-- that was one of the most *intense* moviegoing experiences I've ever had. There were about five minutes, total, where I was not completely fucking tense, and, I cried through most of the last twenty minutes, solid. I really, really, want this movie to do well, and I want to go see it again, but I don't know if my nerves can *take* it.
At one point during the ride home, I said, "*That's* the hero of Canton for you," and burst into tears. So yeah. I'm a little fraught right now.And I can't even be all that mad at Joss for it, because jesus, what a good fucking movie.
I also saw Mirrormask this morning. Uh, I am in *no* shape to say anything insightful, but, you know, go see it. It's quite good.

Date: 2005-10-01 04:32 pm (UTC)And...something I meant to tell you yesterday. Halfway though Physics, out of the blue, the professor was like, "Omg, Serenity is coming out today!" And "Do you guys know what font I use on the first page of the lecture ppts?" (Buffy :D Caught it on the first day, thanks to the person who got me watching it :)) And he was basically jumping up and down, "Buffy is soooo cool!" Hehe, and I dunno, I was instantly reminded of you, so I had to remember to tell you.
