I've been trying to put together a custom layout for my journal, and have concluded that i have no fucking clue what i'm doing. All I want to to put a header image on my journal, but to do that I apparently have to learn an *entire fucking programming language*, so fuck that shit. If anyone has a goddamn clue, feel free to make suggestions!

eta: um, never mind, i got it to work. I just get... kind of cranky when computers don't cooperate with me.

i think i'm okay for now, but it's very likely that in a few weeks, I'll remember that I actually *like* really simple, stripped-down layouts, and not fancy ones like this is.
