Feb. 25th, 2006 11:22 pmSomehow, I fixed my sewing machine by fiddling with the tiny screw on the side of the bobbin case until it fell out, then frantically feeling around on the carpet for it, finding it, and putting it back in with a deep sigh of relief. I am not entirely sure how this *happened*, but lord am I ever not going to complain. I can sew! for real! With proper tension and beautifully even stitches and everything!

Okay, now I've done everything I can on the bodice without having boning or grommets to hand. Um. Anyone have any project suggestions for the meantime? I have a respectably-sized fabric stash, and lots of interesting bits and pieces from the thrift store.
Maybe i can make some icons for sewing-related posts. That's *kind* of like actually sewing.
