Mar. 4th, 2006 09:59 pmJust got back from seeing Harry and the Potters at UMD, which was fun. The band that opened for them can be best described as being like an avant-garde episode of Sesame Street as performed by a B-52s cover band, so that was interesting.
Then, practically the first thing the guitar-playing Potter did when he got up on stage was accidentally hit the keyboard-playing Potter in the mouth with his guitar. It was *kind of hilarious*, even though he was bleeding and may have chipped a tooth.
I bought a CD and a T-shirt for my little sister, since her birthday is next month, and I kind of felt bad for not thinking to bring her along.
paula_kelley brought *her* sister, to whom I lent my sister's Gryffindor costume that I still had from when I borrowed it for the last movie.
At one point, I realized that there was like a 90% chance that I knew *someone* in the room from Livejournal, but wouldn't find out who it was until I got home and checked my flist.
