Mar. 28th, 2006 12:52 pmMother of god, I *never* want to own a dog. Cats are *so* much more civilized. Or perhaps it's just huge rambunctious poorly trained attention-starved golden retrievers that have made me so very, very sick of dogs.
House-sitting is going well, obviously. On the bright side, unsecured wireless! woo. And the house has a *library,* with an impressive amount of kidlit I haven't read in years. Yesterday I read *all* the Indian in the Cupboard books for the first time since probably fifth grade. But now I'm craving Pratchett, for some reason. Have to go home and get some, then. And something to eat that isn't egg salad or pasta.
Oh, also. Went to my shul's production of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat on Sunday, and, uh, wow. That was some baaaaad musical theatre, bless their sincere little hearts. Gosh. They should *totally* do Fiddler next.
