Also: the Superman Returns trailer? Kind of awesome. I mean, probably not Batman Begins levels of awesome, but at least the one girl with lines isn't Katie Holmes.

Imagine if Katie Holmes did occupy both worlds. So much room for humor. I almost can't handle it. Batman vs. Superman vs. Tom Cruise.

... I could not help but notice that the Superman leitmotif was playing in the background, though my ear is not adept enough to know if it's part of the original soundtrack (used out of laziness, for trailer alone) or if, like Jurassic Park II/III, they had another composer work with the quality bones of its predecessor. The one thing that disappointed me about the movie was that the little ... you know. dun dundun dun, ba-ba-ba, dun dundun dun, dun-dundun (su-perman!) bit wouldn't be in it, because as tiny as that little line is it really is perfect. But if they put it in the movie ... yeehaw! It receives my blessing.
