I met Terry Pratchett! He was AWESOME, and answered my question, and signed my books!

Apparently Politics & Prose will be selling a recorsing of the talk and Q&A session, which I am tempted to get.

Also, Tamora Pierce will apparently be doing a signing November 2nd. God bless her and her sparky, purple-eyed Mary Sues, I say, and I kind of want to go. Anyone else game?

I've met Tamora (and her husband) who are very charming, and I'm sure would be great fun at a signing. They regularly show up at Boskones.

Aww, man, if I were only in town, I would really kinda need to go to see the Tamora Pierce with you. I LOOOOOOOVED those books in middle school. And have still read all but I think her latest one.
