true things cont'd

26. I hate tomatoes, in all forms. Fresh or cooked, in a sauce or on a sandwich, whatever-- can't stand them. Won't eat pizza if it's got a lot of tomato sauce. Yuck. (But I like ketchup, so Michael Vartan and I can be together. Yay!)
27. I also don't drink coffee or soda, not for any particular health reasons but because I don't like, respectively, the taste and the carbonation.
28. I have high cholesterol for my age, height and weight.
29. I have a huge family. Scores of cousins, a dozen or more great-aunts and -uncles, everyone procreating like mad. I have cousins in countries that were supposed to have expelled all their Jews in the Middle Ages, so no one even knows how they (the cousins) got there.
30. I'm ambivalent about my religion. I think if I had to be born into any religion Judaism's been a good fit due to the emphasis on morality and general lack of crazy people, but I self-identify as an agnostic. If there is a Creator, I think we need to have a long talk before I commit to any organized religion, if I do at all.
31. I'm allergic to mosquito bites, They swell up into huge, grotesque, itchy bumps as big around as a coffee mug. It's kinda gross.
32. I really like the color of my eyes. They're gray, green, blue, and orange in spots, with a dark gray ring around the iris.
33. I have never met anyone from the Internet, even though I've been in online fandom of some sort for four years.
34. I'm conspiring with people who shall remain unnamed (you know who you are) to stage a coup in my school's literary magazine.
35. I very rarely finish what I started.
36. I'm convinced that I could do a better job than half the idiots currently on American Idol, and at least I wouldn't go around convinced that I'm God's gift to pop music when I actually sound like a cat being strangled.
37. The American idol contestant I'm rooting for is the skinny white boy with the big, big voice. He's cool.
38. I don't think I've been reading enough lately. Over the summer I always read a lot, because I have so much free time, but during the last few school years books have tended to fall by the wayside.
39. I think the Internet has been an invaluable aid to my mental health over the course of high school.
40. I like finishing things on an even number.
