So, there have been a bunch of really great posts lately that have made me realize that oh, hey, so *that's* why I always feel really uncomfortable talking about being Jewish in fandom. Read them. Especially if, like me, you haven't been participating in discussions because you feel like being Jewish doesn't give you the minority street cred you need.
