holliSo I watched the premiere of that show New Amsterdam, without much in the way of high hopes, on the off chance that it would be one of those shows that would be kind of mediocre but inspire lots of really good fic. It's... probably not. It's basically Highlander: But He's A Cop. And he's really bitchy all the time, which I guess I'd be too if I'd had a death wish for the better part of 400 years, but... not that entertaining.
Sole redeeming feature: He has a dog named Thirty-Six. That's funny, y'all.
