Well, I feel better now about giving up my vintage photo collection. My mom has apparently been holding out on me-- she produced an awesome trove of old family photos, including an album full of snapshots of my great-grandparents in the '20s. So my new project will be getting all of those scanned; she wants to make a photobook out of them, so various family members can have copies. Now I get to spend a bunch of time wishing for all the clothes my great-aunt wore in the '40s!
