So okay, things I still don't understand:

-where they got the tech to build the Doctor's prison at Area 51. Thaaat is not contemporary.
-why they were able to keep getting Nixon to come get them out of jams, if the Doctor was being held prisoner by the government. Was the entire thing an elaborate ruse, then?
-The sliding window in the door, with the eyepatch lady. But I don't think I'm supposed to understand that yet.
-How to draw tally marks on your own face with any accuracy.

Things I enjoyed:

-Canton was clearly enjoying pretending to be the villain, and I'm glad he had fun with that.
-The orphanage. SO CREEPY. SO CREEPY AUGH.
-River's swan-dive into the TARDIS.
-The way they defeated the Silence. Clever!
-Fandom called it: Canton's sweetie was a black dude.

Things that make me go !!!?!?

-Amy has Schrodinger's pregnancy, apparently?
-Which may or may not result in a Time Tot. WTF TIMEBABIES.

I think so. That's why they built the impenetrable cube-- so the Silence couldn't get in and listen to them plotting and escaping in the TARDIS.
