It's bigger than most people think it is. Not just the trains, which crisscross the city and extend well beyond the old walls, but the whole under-city. There are tunnels for bringing in freight, the water treatment plant, the network of gas pipes. And, of course, all the dwarfs. Around Cable and Sheer, they've dug a dozen levels deep, and some of the elevator buildings go as far underground as they do above. There are homes and factories and workshops and stores, all far beneath the skin of the city. Dwarfs in the mountains don't call city dwarfs names so much, any more.
