I went to con.txt! It was wonderful. I am going to have a hard time not talking about fandom nonstop anymore. I dressed up as Wendy Watson. I successfully pimped Top Ten to several people. I went to a ton of amazing panels. I made paper dolls. I bought Captain America vodka. I'm pretty sure I need to watch Kings now, because that Kings vid was amazeballs. I drank a lot of coffee. I talked about Steve Rogers more than anyone ever, ever should. I may have successfully transmitted my plot bunny about Steve and Natasha hunting down the Winter Soldier. I slept on tenlittlebullets's couch. I did not sleep very much, all things considered. I gave myself a sore throat from talking. I drank screwdrivers, some of which were sonic. I danced.

So basically, good con. I've never been to a small con before, and I think I like it just as much as Dragoncon.

I was sad to miss the paper dolls bit, but it turned out to be a very good thing that Stulti and I left as early as we did -- there was construction on the rails around Silver Springs, and our bus driver got lost on the way to the airport after we finally made it to Roselyn, and we got there just as our plane was boarding back to Boston!

It was lovely to meet you in person; definitely drop me a line if you're ever in the Boston area. :o)

Kings! I would love to hear your thoughts on Kings. I don't wholeheartedly recommend it but I'm ultimately glad I watched it. And of course Sebastian Stan's delicious face. Also also, was this a new vid that I need to go hunt down?

I'm currently in DC, btw, waiting for a plane. It looked very nice from the air!

Oh God, that Kings vid, yes. I'd heard of the show before, but I never knew it was so pretty.

(Although if I just listen to the song, I keep hearing it as a Zuko song. Good thing I have no vidding skills.)
