Hit the Route 11 Yard Sale in deepest Virginia with lurrel and recrudescence today. Found some vintage clothes, some comics and a couple of books! And realized that lurrel, who I had not previously met, wrote my Yuletide story last year. It is a small-ass world sometimes.

Up to Baltimore tomorrow; I am too tired tonight, and it's raining. I might well be asleep by 9:30. Also I have sunburn on one arm. Hopefully it will fade to tan-- my left arm is more tanned than my right, and this could even it out.

I may be in a very small minority, but I find awkward or uneven tans weirdly sexy. I think it's because they tell of wandering around outdoors doing interesting things, rather than being parked in a salon or flat on one's back at the beach.
