wordcount and goals
May. 22nd, 2013 12:22 pmI have pretty consistently been writing at least 1k a day, sometimes more, for the last week or so. This is a good thing.
That wordcount has been spread across four different stories, none of which I know how to finish. This is less of a good thing.
I'm going to try keeping daily track of where I am with current writing projects for a while, and see if that helps. So here are the current projects:
Fanwork:
Bucky POV OT3 fic: 4750 words, maybe half done?
Steve gets a personal assistant: 2000 words, still has no actual plot or conflict
Orginal:
Part 1 of SF novella (3 linked shorts, probably going to be 8-10k each): 4168 words
Part 2 of SF novella: 3554 words
Part 3 of SF novella: ahahaha nope
There is also a bunch of other stuff that is more backburnered, but if I make progress on any of it I will note that as well.
I write best when I have people who are willing to let me throw paragraphs at them occasionally and will tell me if I'm on the right track. Anyone interested in doing so can find me on gchat.
