zine worries

I am really nervous about having enough content to finish all the zines for the zine project.

Well, not the Les Mis zine. That one's gonna run long, if anything. But everything else, I might not have as much stuff as I need, and that makes me worry.

If anyone on my flist is interested in becoming a last-minute zinester, now's a good time to speak up. Contributions can be as short as 250 words, or a half-page of b&w art.

And signal boosts would be very much appreciated.

How critical can contributions be? I could probably do a short "don't use species as metaphor for race" piece for Discworld, but I don't read zines and I don't know what's appropriate.

I'd really like to contribute to at least one of them - although I could probably do something for either of the multimedia and/or the Doctor Who one (if you'd be willing to feature me more than once). I'll also signal boost.

June 30th is the preserve-my-sanity deadline, but if you can't make it I will totally take last-minute contributions. You can definitely contribute as many things as you like, to as many zines as you like.

Okay, I wrote the rough of how I found fandom. It's in edits now. I am so so sorry.

Oh golly, I've got the dates mixed up in my head, thought it was until the end of July. Can't guarantee anything (wish I could, but I'm going to be insanely busy for the next week) but it is still on my list and it might happen. Fingers crossed!
