holliIn other news, I know exactly what BtVS story I want to write (or possible talk someone else into writing, if I'm lucky), but it only exist in rambly summary form.
As we all know, Dawn/Connor is my OTP of Actually Four Years Old, and as such is sadly neglected by fandom at large. So I really want a story in which Dawn meets Connor in some non-evil-fighting capacity, and quite likes him because he's funny and cute and probably not evil, and he definitely works out even though you can hardly tell with the clothes he wears. And he quite likes her too, because she's a little bit prickly but also really sweet, and he totally wouldn't ever admit it but she kind of reminds him of Cordelia. So they go around being cute at each other for a while, and they get attacked by demons or something similar that makes The Truth Come Out, and Connor's all angsty and "oh noooes, she'll think I'm a GIANT WEIRDO," and broods just like his daddy. But Dawn just rolls her eyes at him and is like "well, I saw THIS coming a MILE AWAY, but you really are awfully cute," and they're all happy. And then Buffy and Angel find out they're dating and their heads explode.
Has anyone written this story? Should I just bit the bullet and do it myself? I know no one is ever going to write my lesser known OTP of Dawn/Any Boy Her Age Who Fights Crime, which is coincidentally also the OTP of Four Years Old when applied to, say, Bart Allen or Kon-El.
